Our first Suckling Pig Monthly Dinner featured ssam wraps last July, 2018. We bring the classic back in style next month.

Ssam means "wrapped" in Korean. This dinner will feature Farmer's Market greens like lettuce and perilla ready to be filled family feast style: think endless combinations of dishes, sauces, and sides. Our drink pair will accompany you with each flavor-bursting bite. Check out the menu and save your seats today!

Roasted suckling pigs

All the ssam accoutrements
• Heirloom lettuce, perilla, shiso and greens to wrap
• Sauces: Gochujang, ssamjang, pickled shiso soy, miso butter
• Pickled onions, garlic confit, kimchi filling, sliced hot peppers

Sauteed Napa Cabbage Kimchi with caramelized onions, SPAM (yes, that spam) and ramen noodles

Country Multi Grain Rice with barley and millet

Carrot Salad with sesame, perilla, coriander seeds and cumin

Cold Silken Tofu with avocado in wasabi soy

Farmer’s Market Salad with radishes, stone fruit, pickled habanero and plum soy vinaigrette

Drink Pairing

Edelbrau Brewing Co. 'Amber II.' A crisp , refreshing summer amber with hints of faint caramel and subtle german hops. Made from Motor City Malthouse Munich and Pilsner style malted barley grown in Michigan!

West32 Reserve Soju. Made in New York with local ingredients, this barrel-aged soju has a smooth oak finish reminiscent of whiskey.
