In this class, you'll learn to make our tasty sugarcookie doughand use a variety of decorating techniques. You'll make your own cookie dough and fresh fondant from scratch to take home. We'll show you how to decorate with fondant and royal icing, and then you'll get plenty of hands-on practice. We provide an assortment of cookie cutters, but you're welcome to bring your own (3-to 4-inchplease).

You’ll learn how to make ricotta from fresh milk, pull balls of fresh mozzarella from curd, stretch string cheese, and create rich, creamy burrata. The Buche de Noel, or Yule Log, makes any holiday table instantly festive and it's an elegant finish to your special meal. We break down the Bakehouse version of this holiday classic for you and make all of its components: fluffy vanilla chiffon cake, walnut rum buttercream, and chocolate buttercream. Then you'll assemble and decorate your log with fondant mushrooms and holly we provide. Wow your family and friends after class with your creation and for seasons to come.

Get into the holiday spirit at the Cornman Farms Holiday Stroll on Sunday, December 15th from 4-6pm! The property will be set aglow in holiday lights for this casual, family-friendly evening featuring holiday carols by University of Michigan’s Dicks and Janes a cappella group, signature Cornman Farms’ sweet and savory snacks, s'mores, hot cocoa and a cash bar for the adults. Kid activities also include a face painter and card making station!

Adult tickets: $20
Kids tickets: $10 (Children under 2 are free)
