Join us for an 8-course dining experience that highlights the best dishes from Chef Kierons's resume. Your taste buds will travel from the shores of South Africa to the best restaurants of Europe to the Queen's parlour for afternoon tea, and beyond.

HORS D'OEUVRES
Onion bhaji, momos and rice kheer
Mumbai, India
While working in Mumbai, Chef Kieron learned traditional Indian recipes from many of the chefs he worked with, and more importantly, from their grandmothers.

AMUSE-BOUCHE
Vetkoek, a South African fried bun with beef curry filling
Cape Town, South Africa
During his time working at Cellars Hohenort Hotel, a Relais Chateaux property in South Africa, Chef Kieron regularly frequented the South African surf shacks for an afternoon snack, where he experienced vetkoek for the first time.

SOUP
Leek and potato soup
Wicklow, Ireland
A recipe from the menu of the Rathsallagh House in Ireland, an Irish country house which was converted from Queen Anne stables in 1798.

SALAD
Jerusalem artichoke, two-year cured ham and pecorino timbale on a bed of pickled vegetables
Florence, Italy
One of Chef Kieron's favorite dishes, this comes from the menu of Ristorante Enoteca Pinchiorri, a traditional Italian restaurant that has perennially been awarded three Michelin stars since 1993.

FISH
Skate with brown butter
Lyon, France
A delicate dish from the menu of the late, legendary chef Paul Bocuse's flagship restaurant. The restaurant held three Michelin stars for 54 years, the longest streak of any restaurant in the world.

MAIN COURSE
Slow roasted suckling pig, served with three potatoes and tomato onion salad
Madrid, Spain
The signature dish from Sobrino de Botin, the oldest operating restaurant in the world. This Spanish fixture is a cultural legend, with mention in The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway.

INTERMEZZO
Parmesan mousse with black olive biscotte
Kennebunkport, Maine
A savory intercourse from the menu of The White Barn Inn, a Relais Chateaux and Relais Gourmand property and one of a select few fine dining establishments that share the rare accolade of being awarded both AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star endorsement.

This sweet treat is Queen Elizabeth II's favourite tea cake! Chef Kieron cooked for the Royal family on two occasions, once at Buckingham Palace and once at Sandringham Estate.
