It’s time for a Sunday Brunch at Greyline! Join us for an Italian inspired menu and rub elbows with our special guest Paolo Boeri from Olio Roi. We're excited to host Paolo on his first visit to Zingerman's. We've been working with his family and importing their olive oil, pesto and tapenade for close to 30 years. They’ve been producing olive oil on their land since 1900! Located in the town of Badalucco, in the Argentina Valley of Liguria, the Boeri’s 11,000 olive trees stand among the steep hillside "terraced" olive grove which is planted solely with the Taggiasca olives that are the protected cultivar in that region.

Deli Managing Partner, Grace, had the pleasure of enjoying her first taste of a fig picked fresh off of a tree in their olive grove while being able to see and smell the Ligurian Riviera. We wish this experience for everyone, but if you can’t make it all the way to Italy, this brunch is bound to be just the ticket. And, tastes of the Italian Riviera at the end of January sounds pretty good to us!

Your ticket price includes coffee, orange juice, two glasses of Prosecco (or your choice of wine, beer or mimosa), gratuity and an Italian inspired menu.

Tentative Menu

  • Frittata two ways: roasted vegetable and vegetables with pancetta
  • Crespelle (think Italian-style crêpes) filled with ricotta, sweetened with chestnut honey
  • Pandoro French toast
  • Poached eggs in pomodoro (tomato) sauce
  • Focaccia with olivada and Ligurian pesto
  • And of course, an opportunity to have an olive oil tasting with Paolo!
