One of our most requested tastings! We’ll learn about the traditional methods of curing, cooking, and fermenting that are used to preserve meats and dairy and make charcuterie and cheese. You’ll taste a selection of cured meats and fish expertly paired with our artisan cheese collection. This is a great education experience for budding or experienced foodies. Bread and additional accompaniments will be provided. This particular tasting is NOT recommended for vegetarians.

Our tasting events are held at the Cream Top Shop in our Community Room on the second floor. We have an elevator available for guests with mobility assistance needs.
