One of our most requested tastings is coming to a Cream Top Shop near you! We'll explore the traditional methods of curing, cooking, and fermenting that are used to preserve the bounty of meats and dairy. We’ll feature a variety of meats and fish paired up with cheeses from our artisan selections. Bread and additional accompaniments from our Cream Top Shop will be provided.
