One of our most popular classes! Your family and house guests won't soon forget waking up to the aroma of butter, cinnamon, and muscovado brown sugar from freshly baked sweet rolls. Join us and find out how it's done. Learn the basic techniques of creating a sweet dough, including mixing, kneading and rolling, hand-shaping your rolls, and properly proofing them. We'll also demonstrate how to make pecan sticky buns, a staff favorite. Wait until you taste these warm from the oven in class!

You'll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, dough to bake at home later, a half dozen big cinnamon rolls and a cinnamon roll wreath you made in class, plus great coupons.

Learn to make your own buttery laminated puff pastry. We'll start with the very popular Bakehouse sweet treat: the palmier, a crisp caramelized French cookie. You'll also make turnovers. We'll demonstrate how to make savory cheese straws with Parmigiano Reggiano®. Get expert tips on making delicious and oh so versatile puff pastry from scratch. These are great recipes and skills to have, especially for those who like to entertain.

Ah, the pizza pie! It's a cornerstone of the American diet, and yet so few folks actually make pizza at home! We're here to show you how easy and fun it can be to make New York-style and Chicago-style pizza recipes with a variety of cheeses, including Parmigiano Reggiano®, and toppings. We'll fire up our wood-fired oven to BAKE! them and give you plenty of pizza samples in class. We will also demonstrate Pizza Bianca, a flavorful Italian bread that is a great accompaniment to any dinner. The next time you reach for the phone to order pizza delivery, you'll remember it's fun and a lot more flavorful to make it yourself.

Join us for a cozy evening of melted cheese. The ultimate in comfort food, we’ll serve up a couple of dishes to help chase away the chill of winter. At this tasting & demonstration, we'll make two kinds of fondue and make & taste traditional Swiss Raclette. We'll also taste some of the classic & modern cheeses used to make these dishes. You'll leave with a warm happy belly, plus all of the recipes that we’ll be serving.

We became friends with Eli and Tino of Dresdner Backhaus, a famous bakery in Dresden, Germany. When working with them we exchanged recipes and experience freely. Come and learn three breads our German friends taught us: Dinkelbrot, a spelt bread and sunflower loaf; Wurzelbrot, a rye and wheat baguette; and Vinschgauer, a savory seasoned mountain roll delicious with ham and cheese. You might want to have some at home ready for your return from class!

We’ll lead you in making Zingerman's Delicatessen's recipe for really great chicken pot pie from scratch, including mixing and rolling the flaky pie crust, cooking the velouté sauce, assembling the aromatic filling and shaping the pies. Join in on the hands-on fun and learn to make a classic comfort food.

You'll leave BAKE! with the recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, 6 individual pot pies you made in class to take home and freeze or bake for dinner and great coupons.

Do you know which beer to pair with that perfectly aged slice of cheddar? We do! Join Tessie, our resident Certified Cheese Professional and beer aficionado for an evening of tasting and exploration. Featuring Special Guest Edelbrau Brewery, we’ll taste through a flight of their beers paired with some of our favorite artisan cheeses. We'll have some of the brewers on hand to talk about the brewery and their beers and we'll give you all the delicious details on the paired cheeses. Bread and additional accompaniments from our Cream Top Shop will be provided.
