For kids ages 9-12.

Parents drop off the kids for some hands-on learning & fun, then pick them up and enjoy tasting what they made. We know these valuable kitchen skills will come in handy for years to come and inspire a new generation of bakers.

In this class we'll teach a variety of basic baking techniques including following a recipe, using a scale and mixer, and kneading doughs. You’ll bake biscuits, cornbread, cinnamon rolls, Bakehouse white bread, Parker House rolls, mac and cheese (make your own pasta and cheese sauce), cheesy breadsticks, chicken and biscuits (chicken pot pie filling with biscuit topping), Triple Trouble Chocolate cookies and mini cherry pies. This half day, week long camp also includes a tour of Zingerman's Bakehouse.

You’ll leave BAKE! With our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, all the food you made in class and great coupons. For kids ages 9-12.

In this class we will teach you to bake your own rich and soft challah bread from scratch. You’ll create a traditional six stranded braid and a turban shape studded with rum-soaked raisins. We'll demonstrate a seeded Moroccan challah braid too. These gorgeous golden loaves fresh from the oven will be tough to resist on the car ride home. You've been warned.

New line up! Calling all chocoholics! Let's bake some of our favorite treats that will satisfy your need for a chocolate fix: rich Mississippi mud pie, a brownie like cake with dark chocolate ganache and toasted meringue, and totally addicting chocolate coconut macaroons. It's gonna be chocolate-covered fun!

Parents drop off the kids for some hands-on learning & fun, then pick them up and head home to enjoy a dinner they made! We know these valuable kitchen skills will come in handy for years to come and inspire a new generation of bakers and cooks.

Day 1
Quiche with cheddar & caramelized onions, Crusty hard rolls and herb butter, and chocolate sable cookie. Learn these advanced skills: mixing pie dough, bread shaping and scoring, and stovetop cooking.

Day 2
Chicken Pot Pie, Mixed green salad with sliced cucumbers, carrot roses, ranch dressing and homemade croutons, and
Whole wheat chocolate chip cookie. Learn advanced skills: stovetop cooking, forming pie dough, and knife skills.

Day 3
Fresh Linguine pasta with Marinara sauce, Focaccia bread with parmesan and rosemary, and Pignoli (pine nut) cookies. Learn advanced skills: pasta dough rolling and cutting, stovetop cooking, and bread shaping.

Day 4
Biscuits and Home-made sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, and summer fruit cobbler.
Learn advanced skills: homemade sausage, stovetop cooking, and knife skills.

Day 5
Urfa Turkey Chili, cheesy cornbread and cupcakes. Learn advanced skills: stovetop cooking and working with a yeasted bread dough.
