We’re sharing our techniques and recipes for making fresh goat’s milk cheeses with this two-day class! We’ll walk you through the process of culturing and setting the fresh milk, taste a variety of goat cheeses, and make rounds of fresh goat cheese together. You’ll leave with all the cheese that you make and recipes.

It’s a choose your own adventure tastebud exploration! The foods we serve will be set up as a comparative tasting. You’ll have a chance to taste several different styles of our best selling items so you can experience how they taste on their own, when used as an ingredient and when combined with other items.

Here’s a sneak peek at what Grace has planned for this tasting:

• 3 different extra virgin olive oils
• 3 different vinegars
• Some “smoky things” - like, pimenton & a smoked salt or smoked oil
• 3 different breads
• 3 different salts
• 3 different types of pepper
• 2 different nuts
• 3 different spice blends

We’ll have everything available to taste by itself, but we’ll also make some vinaigrettes and have fresh greens to pair them with, as well as several different types of cooked pasta to help taste the oils and sample different pasta brands. We’ll blend the spice mixes with the oils to use as a dip for the breads. We’ll toast the evening with some sparkly vinegar spritzers and we’ll provide some fresh fruit & veggies to pair any of the foods with and let you sample and mix up some flavors yourself.

It should be a fun flavor adventure for everyone that attends!

All tastings include a 20% off coupon to shop at Zingerman's Deli so you can purchase these or other items to take home and experiment.

Join us for our summer Bar Night at Cornman Farms! Featuring three local bands, including local favorite Hydropark, a cash bar with signature farm fresh cocktails and bites and snacks for purchase in the Barn. This casual summer event is a fun way to experience the atmosphere of the farm along with great music, tasty cocktails and delicious food. The evening’s musical lineup includes: Hydropark, ZZvava and Human Skull.

Please note there is no assigned seating for this event and seating is available on a first come first serve basis. Food and beverages are an additional cost to the $10 cover fee.

In this class we will teach you to bake your own rich and soft challah bread from scratch. You’ll create a traditional six stranded braid and a turban shape studded with rum-soaked raisins. We'll demonstrate a seeded Moroccan challah braid too. These gorgeous golden loaves fresh from the oven will be tough to resist on the car ride home. You've been warned.

You’ll leave BAKE! with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, 2 loaves of bread you made in class and great coupons.
