What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation (and we so hope you do not have to!), we ask you cancel with more then two days notice so we may offer your seats to guests on our waiting list. If you cancel with more than two days notice, you will receive a full refund. Canceling the day before the dinner will give you a 50% refund. If canceling on the same day, there will be no refund given.
For BAKE! classes:
If you cancel with at least 3 days notice, you will receive either a full cash refund or credit towards a future class. If you cancel with less than 3 days notice, you will receive credit for a future class only. We're sorry, no refund for classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel a BAKE!-cation with more than 30 days notice you will receive a full refund. With 14 to 30 days notice you will receive a refund of half the cost. Canceling a BAKE!-cation with less than 14 days notice and you will receive no refund.
Can I change my reservation to a different event?
Yes! But, it is subject to the cancellation policy since you’ll basically be canceling one event and booking a different one.
Can I send someone else in my place?
Most definitely (aren’t you nice)! Please call the business to inform them of the name change and provide contact info for the person(s) attending.
Can I give an event as a gift?
Yes! You’ll book on this site with your name and billing info. Then, please call the business that is hosting the event to let them know the name of the person(s) attending.
One other way to give events as gift is to simply send a gift card.
What payment methods do you accept?
To reserve a seat on this site, you’ll need to use Mastercard, Visa or American Express. If you want to to pay with a gift card or cash, just give the host business a call to reserve a spot. And, of course, you can always reserve and pay for a spot in person. We’d love to see you!
What happens if I’m on the waitlist?
You’ll get a call from us when a spot opens up. First come, first served.
Food and Event Details
Can you accommodate food allergies or special dietary requirements?
There is a notes field when you reserve where you can specify special requirements in your order. But, since computers can sometimes be clunky communications devices, we always recommend a quick phone call just to be sure everyone gets the right info.
Can you do special seating requests?
You can specify special seat requirements in your order, and we’ll do everything we can to honor them. And, to be extra sure it’s always good to call.
Can I order off the regular menu during an event at the Roadhouse?
Are kids welcome at Zingerman’s events?
Anyone with a reservation is welcome at our events (though please note that there are age restrictions on our BAKE! classes).
Getting to the Event
Do I need to arrive early?
It’s always good to arrive 10-15 minutes early so the event can start promptly.
Do I need to wear pants?
That would probably be for the best.
