One of our most requested tastings is coming to a Cream Top Shop near you! Just in time for Father's Day, we have paired up our favorite cheeses and cured meats. We'll explore the traditional methods of curing, cooking, and fermenting that are used to preserve the bounty of meats and dairy. Featuring pate, mousse, salami, prosciutto, and our favorite smoked salmon this tasting will be perfect for the protein lover in your life!

Our tasting events are held at the Cream Top Shop in our Community Room on the second floor. We have an elevator available for guests with mobility assistance needs.
